The Company benefits from its 3 mines of PT Adimitra Baratama Nusantara (ABN), PT Indomining (IM), and PT Trisensa Mineral Utama (TMU) being located adjacent to each other, and having coal processing and logistical infrastructure with close promixity to the barging jetty off the Mahakam river. This enables the Company to optimize infrastructure sharing between mines to manage efficient operational cost structure.

Shortest pit-to- jetty distance and longest pit-to- jetty distance are estimated at ~5 km and ~24 km respectively. The above enables the Company to have better capacity to improve its value chain through optimum integrated mining operations such as infrastrucure sharing and joint-mine planning, resulting in competitive overall cost structure. Mine planning is conducted based on life-of- mine plan so as to allow for effective and efficient long-term planning and production, while preserving long-term reserve. As part of its mining operations, the Company has implemented standards for industrial health and safety that comply with applicable government regulations. It further seeks to enforce the highest health and safety standards onsite to safeguard our employees and ensure sustainable production.

In addition to the implementation of safe standard operating procedures such as coating the coal with surfactants in order to minimize dust contamination and mitigate the risk of spontaneous combustions, the Company provides safety-related training to employees on a periodic basis. Its policy further requires all employees and employees of its contractors to attend weekly training sessions and become familiar with its detailed safety procedures.
